The solution is simple: never turn your PC off. There are plans to review this, but there is no ETA on that. The 'offline mode' currently only lasts until the computer is turned off, and then requires a fresh authentication. Without an active internet connection, you will not be able to log in to to authenticate your copy of StarCraft II.
